Dr. Taylor has worked on over 200 cases in her career, with more than 150 of them being capital cases. The high demand for her services from defense teams is a testament to her ability to develop mitigation arguments and evidence for both non-capital and capital cases.
She recognizes the significance of individualizing investigations, shaping rebuttal arguments, developing empathy-evoking evidence, and presenting powerful testimony by taking into account all parties’ needs, interests, and stakes involved in the case. Her expertise also includes proficiency in evidence-based research, federal mitigating factors, PSI/PSR training, and recidivism factors.
To move your case along, TAG regularly accepts court-appointed and private clients, as well as contracts with public defenders' offices and other types of organizations at the county and federal levels for trial, juvenile, and habeas cases in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
